Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an in-store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for in-store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. The products are Women's Swimsuits and eyewear.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Eyewear

- Bathing Suits

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be issued (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error. All items must be ticketed.

Store credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your credit.

If approved, your store credit will be processed within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Store Credit (if applicable)

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at saydiesurf@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor received the order to be delivered to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the donor and they will learn of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
